  • It is the responsibility of the user to comply with all applicable travel regulations, including visa requirements and health protocols.
  • Misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension.

7. Force Majeure Hojzat shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi Arabian courts.
