Service Duration Policy – Hojzat

At Hojzat, we are committed to delivering prompt and efficient service to all our customers. The expected processing times for various services are outlined below. Please note that these durations may vary depending on third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, and banks.

1. Flight Bookings

  • Booking Confirmation:
    Flight bookings are confirmed instantly upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellation & Modification Requests:
    Requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. However, the final response may depend on the airline’s policies and response times.

  • Refund Processing:
    Refunds for eligible cancellations are initiated within 7 to 10 business days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary from 10 to 25 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.

2. Hotel Bookings

  • Booking Confirmation:
    Hotel bookings are confirmed within a few minutes after successful payment. In rare cases, confirmation may take up to 30 minutes, depending on the hotel provider.

  • Cancellation & Modification Requests:
    These requests are processed within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the property’s response time and cancellation policy.

  • Refund Processing:
    For refundable hotel bookings, refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 business days after cancellation approval. The full amount may take up to 25 business days to appear in your account.

3. Customer Support Response Times

  • Live Chat & Email Support:
    We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 to 6 hours, and in no case later than 24 hours.

  • Urgent Issues (e.g., same-day check-in or departure):
    Prioritized and handled immediately upon receiving the request.
