Refund and Exchange Policy – Hojzat

1. Flight Bookings

  • Cancellation: Flight ticket cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules and ticket type. Some tickets are non-refundable. In addition to the airline’s cancellation charges, Hojzat applies a service fee ranging from SAR 35 to SAR 45 per passenger for domestic bookings, and SAR 50 to SAR 55 for international bookings, depending on the cancellation channel used. For group bookings (5 passengers or more), the service fee applies to a maximum of 4 passengers only.

  • Modification: Ticket modifications (date/time changes) are also subject to the airline’s fare conditions. A service fee from SAR 35 to SAR 45 for domestic, and SAR 50 to SAR 55 for international flights will be applied in addition to any airline fees. The same group booking policy applies as above.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method after deducting applicable cancellation fees, service charges, and any applied discounts. Refunds may take 2 to 15 business days depending on the bank’s processing time.

  • No-show Policy: Passengers must check in at least 3 hours prior to flight departure. Failure to do so may be considered a “no-show,” and the booking may be canceled with no refund eligibility.

2. Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation: Hotel cancellation policies vary depending on the property and room type. Some bookings are non-refundable or may incur cancellation charges. Guests are advised to review the hotel’s cancellation terms before confirming a reservation.

  • Amendments: Hotel bookings cannot be amended directly through the website. To modify or cancel a booking, please contact Hojzat’s customer support team, available 24/7 to assist you.

  • Refund Processing: If your hotel booking is eligible for cancellation and refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method after deducting any applicable charges. The refund process duration depends on the property’s policy and your bank’s timeline.

  • Special Rate Bookings: Bookings made under non-refundable promotions or special rate plans are not eligible for changes or refunds. Please check the rate details at the time of booking.
